Lemon Coconut Protein Bars

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup Coconut oil

2 tbl raw honey or your favourite sweetener

3/4 cup shredded coconut

3 tbl coconut flour

2 tbl lemon juice

zest of 1/2 lemon

Combine, spread into tray and refrigerate for 45 minutes

It is often a challenge to find snacks that contain protein. These are so simple to make and the taste great.
